Der JKV Empfingen veranstaltet DAS Rockfestival zum Vereinsjubiläum

Als Hauptact konnte der Verein die weitbekannte Rockband "H-Blockx" engagieren.
Vorgruppen sind die Partyband "Jigger Skin" und die Nachwuchsgruppe "Blues Kids".

Willkommen auf der aktualisierten Seite der Alten Schmiede in Aalen.
Am Freitag, den 22. Juli 2005 findet in der Alten Schmiede in Aalen zum 40-jährigen Jubiläum der Lebenshilfe Aalen ein großes Benefizfestival statt. Mit H-BLOCKX, END OF GREEN, [LAW], ALEV, KARMA CONNECT und SYNUS konnten wir ein hochkarätiges Programm zusammenstellen. Evtl. folgt noch eine weitere Band. Space Rock 2006 - UK
Catering for the growing army of Progressive and Power metal fans in the UK, and taking its cue from the successful ProgPower Europe and ProgPower USA festivals, fans will know what to expect from ProgPower UK in terms of bands and organisation.
The first five confirmed bands are:

Two more bands are still to be announced to complete a one-day, seven band lineup.
The first indoor show is confirmed for Saturday 25th MARCH 2006, timed to offer something early in the year to avoid the crush of summer festivals.
The venue is stunning. The Centaur, a brand new, state-of-the-art prestigious indoor arena, completed less than eighteen months ago, with incredible facilities, and 12000 free car parking spaces. Located at the world-famous Cheltenham Racecourse in central UK, this will be the perfect setting for the festival.

The second Firefest Festival takes place at Nottingham Rock City on Saturday November 26th. The line-up comprises of both old and new faces alike.
Some will be familiar to fans of melodic hard rock while others may be new to many fans out there - but all in all it is a line up that proudly represents a healthy blend of old and new.
The festival also moves 'home' with Firefest 2 moving to a more central location in Nottingham Rock City one of the premier rock venues in England.
Nottingham Rock City is a 1900 capacity venue that has played host to Whitesnake, Motorhead, Y&T, Skid Row and many more besides. In fact, if you care to trawl through the annals of rock, it's evident that more melodic and hard rock bands have played this venue more than any other venue in England.
The move should make Firefest 2 more accessible to the vast amount of people traveling and bearing that fact in mind it's also possibly one of the best venues to attend a live show.
